yupz...home sweet home...im home!!! y home n not studying lehz?coz my sis brought her 2 kids back..so i give face come back n c my neice n nephew lohz... me n my nephew(the diao look) cute hor..haha... anywayz...ran yesterday with mik..shiok at run...we start frm hall 1...den stopped awhile at hall 4 to drop by yitung n leon's rm..den ran anti 179 up the cs shlpo..yeh its damn shiok feeling to reach the top of the slope manz...n went to nie den to hall 13 there den to hall 10,9..den back hall 2...shiok shiok..abt 1 hr plus..including dropping by saying hi time...surprising, i din feel any strain on my legs today...just felt very very very tired n sleepy...coz din sleep much...like 6/7hrs onli..haiz..so tired... n yeh today is gonna be another weasted day for me liaoz..damn...i just cant study at home siaz..haiz haiz..haa... haiz n noe wat..mum n sis said tt i gained weight...damn...my mum say few days no c me i've grown aftter liaoz...ughhh...got meh??? got fat mehz??oh well..cant really c frm this pic..has been photoedited to lighten the photo coz it was very dark..n to conceal my pimple on my forehead~damn manz...like indian like tt le lahz..with tt stupid pimple at THERE...ugh... i needa jian fei...n i need my beauty sleep~~~help~~~ anywayz..im so tired...ZzzZzz..n y aint i sleeping or studying??coz i feel tt sleeping is a waste of time..ermz ermz..n studying is eh well..outta the qn...haiz...maybe i'll sleep aft this... was reading the xiaxue blog archives..den came upon the men n dating thingy...wel..inspiration arises... hmz... the initial stage of any relationship is probably the most sweetest ba...where the courtship n the confiding n the support comes into play...the sweet stuff tt the guy will do for his gal, n those totful things tt the gal will do for the guy... den it'll reach the plataeu stage where the sweet stuff starts to dwindle...those days where they used to celebrate like oh today is the 1st mth aft we hold hands or aft our 1st kiss those silly anniversaries start to be forgotten..tt is if the couple rememberd them in the 1st place....major events like the yearly anniversaries n bdays n xmas are of course still celebrating..but the element of surpirse is almost down to zero...this can also be called the stagnant or stable stage of the relationship... den aft which..if they are still together despite the stale n stable relationship, mostly outta habitual rather than the so called love for each other still strong, this is where the law of diminishing returns of the marginal relatipnship theory comes in....hmz...according to the law of diminishing returns theory, the longer the relationship continues, the output of the relationship(meaning the satisfaction resulating frm the relationship)will start to fall, assuming tt all else(the above plateau stage of the relationship) remains constant..hmz..dunno much of the exact theory..but the idea is there...haa according to the theorist: stephanie lim. anywayz...to retify the law of diminishing returns of relationship theory, possible soultions could be to input more elements of surpisese, to cultivate the feelings of the initial stage whereby both party puts in effort into the relationship n make everyday a courtship day, n yada n yada... this is a very situational case whereby if the guy did something to make the gal angry..initial stage...the guy will try means n ways to apologise to the gal to promise tt he'll not make her unhappy again etc etc all those lovey dovey stuff....he'll be so sorry for his actions..no matter if he think its not really a big deal...the gal will be soft-hearted n accept his apology coz she's been overwhelmed by the extent the guy went in order for her to forgive him...n they live on happily after..until the nxt mistake tt is... in the stagnant stage: situation is the same with the guy doing something which made the gal angry...the guy will let the gal chill off n cool off..thinking tt that is probally the most reasonable thing to do...n den finally apologising to her saying tt oh im so sorry etc etc...nothing much to assure her or anything tt is too overly lovey dovey like the initial stage...den the gal will forgive him also ... den same situation...in the diminishing stage, both of them plays a game...waiting game..to c who is the one who'll make the 1st move n not really caring abt who is going to make the 1st move anywayz....regardless of who made who angry n who is at fault 1st...n the winner is often the loser ultimately...y??think again... anywayz..food for thought...only 1 cent worth..coz tired now..damn i needa study siaz!!ughh!!!! steph @ 11/11/2004 03:25:00 PM
